Shipping Policy

  1. The Wellness Nurse is a small business and therefore needs up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process orders. Pre-ordered items are processed within 5 business days of arrival in stock. 

 

  1. Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder or please contact us immediately at thewellnessnursellc@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped. 

 

  1. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order, (excluding the shipping fee), and ask that you resubmit your order. 

 

  1. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. Shipping issues must be handled by USPS and Insurance is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you cannot afford to lose.
